About Sandy Acres Cattle Company
Our History
The owner, Austin Worley, began taking part in raising Charolais beef cattle on the family farm while in school in 2016. After finishing school he started Sandy Acres and began selling beef from the farm directly to local consumers in 2022.
Our Mission
At Sandy Acres Cattle Company, our mission is to provide the community with healthy and delicious beef. It is important to us that consumers are able to have a connection to the producer of their food and to understand what goes into raising it.
Our Practice
Our animals are born on the farm with the exception of replacement animals. They live peacefully grazing on summer pasture and stuffing themselves on high quality hay during the winter. We make sure they are taken care of so that they make take care of you.
